Having a problem with your E-step?
You can easily report your electric scooter using the form below. With the shipping label, you can send it to LOOP for free. We will then check it carefully to determine the defect and repair it. Expect about 14 days before your scooter is back repaired.
Is the repair free of charge?
If your defect falls within the warranty conditions, it will be repaired free of charge. If the damage falls outside the warranty conditions, we will send you a quote for the repair. Only after your approval will we start the repair. Should you waive the repair, you only pay a fixed fee for transport and examination.
How does it work?
Register your device(s) below and leave your personal details
The working day after registration, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us containing the PostNL shipping label
Pack your product, together with your details and a copy of your purchase invoice as well as a description of the problem, in a sturdy box and place the shipping label on it
Go to your local PostNL collection point to send us your parcel
Your device will be delivered back to your home after repair
